If target gets out of way cannot be stopped and user will do it anyways. If target gets caught in it, there is no easy escape after that.

Personality:
1) MiMi is a very hyper and energetic dragon. She can say things really fast and most can't keep up with her. She can be quite annoying with her talking and stories about her Sisters. She can't keep quiet very long, only for about three minutes. MiMi is probably the most childish of her sisters. She likes to party and she is really random. She enjoys her friends and likes to eat sweets. She often gets picked on by her sisters(Mostly FiFi) and doesn't even noticed she gets teased. She believes a lot of dragons words and has this own thing called the MiMi's promise! She was never told "No" most the time, being spoiled rotten and keeping the personality of a somewhat Child. A example of her childish ways is that she still plays in the playground even though she's a Juvenile! She makes other dragons promise things and gets angry when they break the promise. It takes a lot to make her angry, she is such a carefree goodnatured dragon! She doesn't lie and tells the truth, although she has trouble keeping secrets at times. MiMi surprisingly does not like to fight, she's more of a peace kind of dragon, wanting to solve things out with no violence. MiMi's promise: "Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" (All her sisters know it, all her friends do to.)
2) Blizzarius Incendimus is a friendly dragon to be around. he is calm when faced with public situations. when he is faced with battle, he is sometimes rash and too quick to rush into a fight. when his friends are faced with danger, he throws away all well being of himself and protects his friends to the end. He is kinda shy when in big crowds. He cares about MiMi and wishes for her safety. His beast friend is Rygat, although they get in arguements at times they still stay friends. Blizza argues when he thinks he knows he's right, but often also listens to others and what they have to say.
3) To explain Cloyee with one word is: "Stupid." Not very smart at all. She spaces out a lot and doesn't seem to even get a word people say to her. She's always asking whats going when she misses something. She can be quite stupid and hard to put up with at times. What is really weird though is when Rygat, Blizza, and MiMi are away and she's alone or with somebody without them she has these weird spurts of smartness. She'll say something really smart and when MiMi, Blizza, and Rygat get back she becomes stupid again. Some people think MiMi, Blizza, and Rygat make her stupid. She's really nice though, and stands up when a friend gets her or something like that. Cloyee also has a dark side, always called 'Dark Cloyee'. 'Dark Cloyee' is locked away in Cloyee's mind, and often bothers her by saying mean things and being a jerk. 'Dark Cloyee' is the opposite of Cloyee of course, evil and dangerous. Cloyee believes a lot and is taken advantage of sometimes, although sometimes she does what she thinks is right by herself.
4) Rygat is a bit of a jerk sometimes, saying mean things although he doesn't do it on purpose (unless its Blizza, but he still says he's sorry and he didn't mean it like that its all lies though!) He likes to tease others and finds it quite amusing when they give an angry reaction. Rygat cares for Cloyee, of course, but sometimes wonders about her. This often comes to where Blizza says "and you love her!" and Rygat answers: "And you love MiMi!" Rygat worries for Cloyee sometimes, mainly because of 'Dark Cloyee'. He's a bit afraid she might get out of Cloyee and that wouldn't be to good. Rygat likes to fight for some odd reason, sometimes starting fights with others, which doesn't turn out to good. He pushes himself a lot, telling and making himself train harder and more each day. Rygat is alsoa little very perveted, taking many things the wrong way. If he thinks of something bad then he'll burst out laughing most likely. He hopes he can become death's weapon, the strongest yet. Something interesting about Rygat is his sword is cursed, which could be bad for the Meister.

History:
1) No one really knows about this except her sisters: When MiMi was starting her Juvenile ages her friend came up to her. MiMi was expecting a friendly hello and a good conversation but...Her friend didn't want to be friends anymore. Apparently she was greatly annoyed by MiMi and then she left. MiMi saw her join some other dragon friends, a popular group. The group that didn't like her. Her friend had left her so she could be popular.... Besides that her life has been good, hanging out with real friends and partying her life out! She tries to make her life the best of it. When the war came her sisters got seperated and she was on her own. Until she met Blizza, her soulmate. Rygat, Blizza's friend. And Cloyee, her newest best friend. After the war she learned to hate to fight, and she's scared of blood after seeing her dad die.
2) His mom and dad died in the war of Ashura. Sadly, Blizza was right in the middle of it, seeing his mom and dad die in front of him. His dad dying from fighting and his mom dying protecting him. From then on he had to protect himself, live on his own. It was hard work, and he trained himself to fight and get stronger, he wanted to make his family proud of him. He's usually by himself, having not many friends to hang out with since he doesn't explore and go out of Dante's Freezer much. He's been living on his own since he was a drakling, until now. He's made friends with a few other dragons: MiMi, his soulmate he found out. Rygat, a friend he grew up with. And Cloyee, Rygat's soulmate. He likes being with them. Now he's walking around with them on an adventure to be somebody's weapon, and he won't go without MiMi.
3) Cloyee was always different from the rest, as others said. She was a slow learner and known as the stupidest dragon ever. She was basically the class clown and everything. Many jokes was played on her, and although she was stupid she knew that it was mean to her. She hid that she knew she was being teased and played dumb. She tried to act dumb to get the pain of being made fun of out of her heart, but it never did. Somehow acting dumb actually really DID make her dumb, so she's not just acting it now. Her mother and father died way back, so she was taken in my a foster dragon, which she does not know and thought she was her mother. When the war came and most of the other dragons were killed, she was one of the few left that was able to run off. She met her soulmate Rygat a new friends, MiMi becoming her best friend. They wonder around, trying to find a Meister.
