Jayda's soul is a normal sized somewhat dark purple soul. It has a stem (hair) going down the head. (Reminds ya of Tsubaki really, but not quite as long or thin.) She has wolf ears on her soul, so you'll realize she's a wolf if you can see it. (Since she likes to keep her ears pinned down so you can't see sometimes) Her soul usually has a relaxed face on it, although it frowns and trembles everynow and then. Jayda can see souls also.

Jayda is a very smart person, and can be a little annoying sometimes when she feels the need to be technical. Knowing what it feels like to be Death Chopped she made her own Jayda Chop, hitting anyone that annoys her. She can be easily annoyed, especially by lazy people and people who only think about theirselves. She's a hard worker and almost never gives up, being very determined at things, unless things seem impossible. She's very caring and sweet and she loves to make friends.
She's really understanding and is not known to be one to judge people. She can be quite stubborn at times, but usually pretty cooperative. Very polite to people and showing respects to others, a bright and cheerful girl. She is direct and positive, very confident in herself and others. You won't usually find her in a bad mood.
Whatever you do though....don't piss her off. She can be a bit scary when she's angry. Sometimes she has an attitude and takes things out on other people, being short-tempered at times. She can be quite assertive and mean at times, sometimes becoming bossy. She doesn't hesitate to help people but doesn't hesitate to keep others in line either.
She can be rash at times, not thinking out things, especially in battle. She is usually serious, although she does have some humor. She's a very responsible girl and follows the rules the best she can. She fights with her trusted partner Scythe, named Cliff.

Jayda's Mom, Narcissa, was a part wolf Scythe Meister. Some people would think she was a witch, but then how was she a Meister? Jayda took after her mother mostly. She had the wolf ears, tail, eyes, and hair. Although she can't turn into a wolf fully, she has the features. She did get the face of her dad though, or that's what people say.
Jayda made best friends with a girl named Celia, she had the powers to heal. They grew up together, since she was her mom's best friend's daughter. They had good times and bad times, but they stood by each others time. Her friend was really cooperative and kind, somewhat of the personality Jayda had herself.
When Jayda was thirteen, she went over to Celia's house. But...she found Celia's mom crying, her own mom trying to calm her down. She went over and asked what was wrong, and it was the worst...
Celia was gone. Killed by a Kishin.
Jayda ran home to be alone for awhile, looking at pictures of them both, thinking of the good times they had. She promised she would get stronger herself, she promised to always help protect her friends, and she promised to kill any Kishin she came across. So therefor, she was registered in the academy (DWMA)
She's been there for the past two years, and she is still looking for a Weapon. So far, she hasn't got her weapon. She's put up her partner request on the board for everyone to see, and for some reason she knows she's going to be a Scythe Meister. Just like her mom.

Jayda looked at the picture sadly, it was Celia and her smiling, holding there hands out in a peace sign, sitting down together. The good times they had, and now it was over...She put it down and closed her eyes, trying to hold back tears.
"She's gone..." She said quietly.
She looked up at the ceiling, the last thing they did flashed in mind.
"Jayda! Wait up!" Cried a light blue haired 13 year old girl, running at Jayda who was running through the town.
"Celia!" Yelled Jayda. "Come on! We gotta get going! I wanna see the fireworks!"
"I'm coming!" She said smiling.
They both ran to the hill, the place they always hung out at. It was night by the time they got there, they both laid down on the grass on there backs and stared up at the night sky. Soon, the fireworks started, and they oohed and ahhed at it.
"Jayda, we'll be best friends forever right?" Asked Celia.
"Yup! And nothing will stop us!" Said Jayda smiling.
Celia smiled to. Soon the fireworks were over and they made their way home.
"Well, I'll see you tomorrow Jayda." Said Celia waving.
"Okay! Bye!" Yelled Jayda going her own way home.
Jayda was crying now. "I'm going to become stronger...I'm going to protect my friends...." She breathed deeply "...And I'm going to destroy every Kishin I come across..." She said.
